Fiona Barclay

Fiona Barclay has more than 25 years’ experience working in government businesses, mining services, resources and aviation industries in the corporate, commercial and managerial arenas. Ms Barclay has held various commercial and managerial roles ranging from Senior Management through to Executive and Board held positions including Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Ms Barclay currently holds two pro bono Board positions – one with a boutique aged care organisation (Rosewood Care Group) and the other being angelhands.

Her particular area of expertise is organisational transformation by aligning businesses and building business capability through the development an appropriate framework to capture opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvements and efficiencies in addition to negotiating complex commercial transactions. Her overarching drivers are people, embracing diversity and removing barriers to enable true transformations to occur.

Ms Barclay is currently the Chief Financial Officer at LandCorp and is responsible for Corporate Services and driving business improvement opportunities across the business. Her portfolio of responsibilities extends from financial management, strategy, human resources, and information technology, commercial delivery (contracts and procurement) through to facilities management.

Ms Barclay has a MBA from Deakin University, a Bachelor of Business (double major in Accounting, Finance and Economics), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice, a Graduate Diploma in Company Directorship and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. She is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Secretary and is currently a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, CPA Australia and The Governance Institute of Australia.
